Overview As Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will design, build and operate the Fast Insights Platform to empower application teams with scalable AI capabilities. You’ll own epics end-to-end, drive reliable, secure platforms on AWS, and mentor colleagues while shaping enterprise AI guardrails. You’ll work cross-functionally to reduce toil, improve observability, and accelerate time-to-market for AI-enabled development. and operability while balancing cost Lead code reviews and contribute to the platform's technical roadmap Define and track SLAs/SLOs and automate operational tasks Mentor equal- or lower-grade colleagues and onboard new team members Coordinate day-to-day delivery with cross-team stakeholders Requisitos principales 7 years IT experience with software development lifecycle or REST APIs/Web applications/Platform Development 2 years of proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient English Proficiency in Type Script or Python or another modern language Hands-on experience with production services on AWS Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (AWS CDK, Git Hub Actions, Terraform) Cloud-native foundations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS or another major cloud provider Experience building platforms, internal developer tools or reusable capabilities team leadership proactivity collaboration Type Script Python AWS CDK
