Overview In this role you drive after-sales sales growth across assigned regions by shaping service offerings and maintaining strong customer partnerships. You will work with regional and HQ teams to implement commercial strategies, aiming at service-related revenue, spare parts, upgrades, and training. You’ll address customer needs with tailored proposals and collaborate with engineering and operations to enhance the customer experience. This is a hands-on position that combines sales, service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational setting.

base salary from EUR 46,400 annual bonus up to 10% of base salary additional benefits per company policy

Responsabilidades

Implement and drive the Customer Service sales strategy to grow the assigned area Meet or exceed budgeted sales targets for Spare Parts, Upgrades, Services and other After Sales lines Identify new business opportunities and help develop innovative service products Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, distributors, and internal stakeholders Coordinate regional agents and direct customers throughout the sales process Collaborate with technical teams to tailor commercial offers to customer needs Deliver financial targets for field service, training, upgrades, and rebuild activities Negotiate and manage SLAs,



maintenance contracts, and related service agreements Handle complex customer claims with a structured, service-oriented approach Work with Engineering, Operations, OE Sales, and Project Management to improve products and customer experience Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities Support continuous improvement via structured market and customer feedback

Requisitos principales

Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering 4–5 years in a similar sales or customer service role with proven results Knowledge of mechatronic systems and industrial machinery Experience in customer management and commercial negotiations Understanding of multinational customers' service requirements Previous Field Service experience Fluent in English; German or other languages a plus International exposure or experience is appreciated Willingness to travel internationally Strong customer orientation and service mindset Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Integrity, transparency, innovation, and execution focus in a multicultural environment customer orientation strong communication collaboration mechatronic systems industrial machinery service strategy
