Overview In this role you will lead a global analytics team to empower doctors, clinics, and hospitals with data-driven decisions. You’ll scale AI-first analytics, build reusable data assets, and partner with VPs to surface actionable insights. You’ll drive experiments, explain complex data in business terms, and deliver decision-ready dashboards. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a fast-growing healthcare tech platform.

Responsabilidades

Lead and grow a 2–3 person analytics team using agile methods Coach analysts to improve technical and professional performance Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to prioritise impactful work Drive AI-first analytics culture with reusable libraries and architectures Partner with VP-level stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities Lead deep-dive analyses to explain root causes and recommended actions Design and run experiments (A/B tests and beyond)



to inform decisions Build and maintain scalable data models and automation across 13 markets Create dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau for non-technical audiences Bridge business needs with BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams Develop AI-generated insights that are actionable for senior stakeholders Surface market performance insights to stakeholders in a clear format

Requisitos principales

Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar) +5 years of analytics experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred); Python a plus Experience designing scalable automations and data models; AI-first setup experience Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives for senior non-technical audiences Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau for dashboards Knowledge of basic statistical modelling and concepts like regression and A/B testing Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders Professional fluency in English (Spanish a plus) Based in Madrid or Barcelona / remote-first team Strategic and structured thinking Comfort with ambiguity and results-driven Ability to translate technical concepts for leadership SQL (BigQuery preferred) Python (plus) Looker and/or Tableau
