Overview In this role you will drive performance-focused media buying for global advertisers within Exo Click’s Barcelona office. You will manage campaigns across CPM, CPC, and CPV models to hit CPA goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on new products and marketing angles. You’ll analyze data, prepare strategic reports, and coach peers, shaping optimization strategies and client outcomes. reports and case studies Collaborate with BI and Business Development to translate market insights into actions Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to team resources Contribute to developing new marketing angles and product ideas within the department Develop and improve department processes and take ownership of new products/projects Support cross-department documentation and educational materials Requisitos principales +4 years in online advertising as a media buyer Experience managing six-figure campaigns for product owners or affiliate networks Experience with Exoclick Platform is highly valued Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel or Google Sheets Good HTML knowledge and basic landing page editing Proficient with tracking and attribution tools; understanding of CPA/CPL/CPM/CPC models Fluent in English; additional languages valued (e.g., Russian, German, French, Spanish) Strong communication, proactive mindset and ability to pitch opportunities Comfort with fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration proactive strong communicator analytical mind Excel/Google Sheets HTML tracking pixels
