Overview In this role you will join Qorvo's EDA team to advance physical verification for RF ICs, SAW/BAW devices, and multi-technology modules. You will groom verification flows, fix issues with cross-domain colleagues, and automate processes to scale efficiency. The job sits in Barcelona, with onsite collaboration across design, R&D;, and process teams. You will contribute to robust, industry-standard verification methodologies and tooling that enable high-performance RF products.

Develop and maintain physical verification rule decks (DRC, LVS, ERC) Support verification flows across RF IC, SAW/BAW, and module technologies Collaborate with design, R&D;,



and process teams to debug and improve verification methodologies Enhance EDA flows and infrastructure across industry-standard tools Develop automation scripts (Python) to improve efficiency and scalability Provide support for EDA tools and internal users

Requisitos principales

2+ years of related experience Understanding of physical verification concepts (DRC, LVS, ERC) Familiarity with EDA tools such as Calibre, ICV, or Cadence PVS/Pegasus Exposure to RF or EM design tools (Virtuoso, ADS, HFSS) is a plus Programming experience in Python or similar scripting languages Comfortable working in Linux/UNIX environments collaboration with cross-functional teams Physical verification concepts (DRC, LVS, ERC) Calibre ICV Cadence PVS/Pegasus Virtuoso
