We are working with a leading French health-tech group, one of the major players in information systems for the Healthcare sector, with close to 6,000 employees across more than 10 countries. This position is part of a small, highly operational team working on a product that connects patients, insurance companies and doctors, particularly specialists. The product integrates with external insurance company APIs as well as internal corporate modules, including single sign-on. We are looking for a Backend Developer to join a small, close-knit team and take ownership of backend development, working with a high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities Develop (not just maintain) the back office of the product, using Node.Js. Work autonomously within a small team, making technical decisions independently. Integrate and maintain connections with external APIs (insurance companies) and internal modules (corporate services, single sign-on). Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and QA,



and coordinate occasionally with other internal teams on authentication-related topics. Participate in integration testing, combining automated and manual testing practices. Use AI tools daily to support development (e.G., Copilot, Cursor AI). Requirements Solid experience as a Backend Developer with Node.Js and Type Script. Working knowledge of SQL / relational databases (Maria DB or similar). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Git. Experience integrating external APIs and working with authentication/SSO flows is a plus. Knowledge of Angular is a plus. Ability to work autonomously and take technical decisions without close supervision. Fluent Spanish (required). English is valued. French is not required but considered a strong plus.
