Overview In this role you will drive the global rollout of OPTYMEE as the core digital capability for operational performance in Contract Logistics, while overseeing DAS rollout in Europe and NORTAM. You will lead adoption, governance, and value realization across regions, ensuring scalable deployment and data‑driven decisions. You’ll build global super‑user networks, coordinate with compliance and IT, and anchor the program in CEVA’s data culture. This is a chance to shape a high‑impact digital transition across a leading global 3PL.

Responsabilidades

Govern the integral rollout of OPTYMEE across Contract Logistics sites, ensuring sponsorship, planning, and stable go‑live Lead adoption and change management activities, including training, communication, and onboarding of new sites Build and maintain global and regional super‑user and ambassador networks for OPTYMEE and DAS Support business value tracking and benefits realization to align with performance objectives Ensure governance, risk,



and compliance for OPTYMEE and DAS, coordinating with compliance and IT stakeholders Anchor OPTYMEE and DAS within the wider Contract Logistics ecosystem and related initiatives Provide structured reporting on rollout status, adoption levels, risks, and value realization

Requisitos principales

Bachelor degree in relevant field Good knowledge of supply chain solutions and Contract Logistics Minimum 3 years operational experience in warehousing or production Experience in international business environment and large‑scale transformation Experience with IT systems applied to Contract Logistics Experience with operational performance tools, workforce analytics or dock/yard solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word Knowledge of 6 Sigma/Lean tools Ability to translate operational needs into governance/delivery frameworks Knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher Governance of complex, multi‑country digital programs Change management Stakeholder management Communication Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint
