including reviews and assessments Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to renewals and compliance monitoring Drive cost optimization through benchmarking, spend analysis, and supplier rationalization Identify and mitigate category and supplier risks to ensure business continuity Collaborate with Procurement, Co Es, Legal, Finance, and Operational Procurement teams Act as trusted advisor to promote procurement best practices across the organization Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management within a multinational environment Experience managing indirect procurement in Professional Services Strong commercial acumen with proven contract negotiation and value realization Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-to-insights ability Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and geographies Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, or similar platforms Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Fluent English (written and verbal) stakeholder management influencing across geographies analytical thinking SAP Ariba Coupa GEP
