Overview As a Cyberdefense Product Owner, you lead a technical SME team to define and execute a clear product vision aligned with AXA’s security and compliance goals. You collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and the Product Manager to deliver a high-value backlog and a practical roadmap. You drive agile delivery, ensure compliance and security requirements are reflected, and promote transparency across the organization. Compensaciones / Incentivos equal opportunities in employment diversity and inclusion global exposure multicultural work environment opportunity to influence security strategy collaborative culture Responsabilidades Own and refine the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager and end-users Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, improvements, and technical debt based on value, risk, and compliance Engage with security, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and reflect them in the backlog Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with SCRUM master support Define clear acceptance criteria and validate outputs against business needs and security standards Support the Product Manager by translating strategy into backlog items and ensuring timely delivery Provide regular progress, risk,



and dependency updates to stakeholders Foster collaboration and motivate a team of technical SMEs to deliver high-quality outputs Improve product understanding among team and stakeholders to incorporate security considerations into prioritization Measure product performance using KPIs and feedback to drive improvements Advocate for the product internally and externally, outlining future roadmap initiatives Contribute to staying at the state-of-the-art in security while enabling agility Collaborate on building and maintaining the security product roadmap and ongoing security posture Requisitos principales Proven cybersecurity experience, especially in vulnerability management and security operations Experience as Product Owner or in a similar Agile role with backlog management Ability to translate technical security concepts for non-technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Leadership to guide a team of technical SMEs in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with security tools (Kenna, Tenable, Qualys, Vulcan, Hackuity) and standards (CIS, NIST, NIS2) is advantageous Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO) highly desirable Fluency in English; additional languages a plus Post-graduate degree in IT or related IS Security AGILE hands-on experience (required) Team leadership experience (required) 3 years (highly recommended) Cloud security experience (advantageous) Strong communication Stakeholder management Leadership and motivation Cybersecurity and vulnerability management Security operations Agile product ownership and backlog management
