Job Overview Important IBEX 35 Company Is looking for an IT Transformation Delivery Expert (Applications) for their HQ IBEX 35 Company with General HQ in Barcelona Responsibilities Lead demand management activities, ensuring business needs are clearly captured, structured, and prioritized. Act as a key liaison between business and IT/Digital teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution. Act as key liaison between HQ IT Teams and Local IT Teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for implementation. Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to implementation and stabilization. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.



Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify needs and improvement opportunities. Drive process optimization initiatives through digital solutions, including automation (RPA) and retail tools, SAP and other Business Technology Tools. Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. Support continuous improvement in ways of working between business and IT.
