The company combines financial stability with an ambitious growth agenda, offering senior professionals the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic decision-making and organisational development while operating in a complex and dynamic environment.Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and group reporting processes for the parent company and its subsidiaries.Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring strong budgetary control and performance monitoring.Analyse operational, commercial and overhead costs, providing financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.Ensure compliance with accounting, corporate and tax regulations, managing statutory reporting, official books and annual accounts.Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.Lead and supervise the consolidation of financial statements at group level.Manage treasury activities including working capital, cash flow optimisation, banking relationships,
