You will play a key role in steering assigned clusters, monitoring business performance and managing cross-functional projects to enhance our online business and customer experience.You will guide clusters to foster digital transformation in the market with focus on strong collaboration across clusters and global functions, clear KPIs and continuous optimization of workflows.Lead and coordinate Online Business projects from planning through implementationDrive and monitor the performance of dedicated clusters within our online business organizationAnalyze key business and e-commerce KPIs to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvementSupport the implementation of new tools, processes and digital initiatives across markets.Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales, conversion,
