Defines sourcing plans, manages the RFQ process (via PuMa/Auctions), and selects suppliers based on segment strategy and "bundle" opportunities. Coordinates design reviews (S-VRF) to ensure supplier alignment, capture improvements, and secure acceptance of requirements.Risk & Technical ManagementIdentifies critical parts and assesses supplier risks (capacity, financial, technical) to develop and record contingency plans. Anticipates and escalates roadblocks to ensure project targets and segment strategies remain on track.Financial & Operational PerformancePilots the project purchasing index and leads action plans (VP/PTBV) to meet CAA targets and ensure a smooth transfer to serial production. Maintains PuMa and SAP (Early Open Orders) accuracy, ensuring all milestones, contracts,
