You will partner with Production, Quality, and R&D; to provide financial guidance, monitor KPIs, and ensure reliable reporting and SOX controls. and R&D; Calculate and analyze manufacturing product costs Prepare statistical reports required by official institutions (e.g., INE) Support internal and external audits Design and maintain controls to ensure SOX compliance Maintain SAP material master data related to costing Requisitos principales University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum English level of B2.2 Minimum 3 years in industrial environments, preferably pharmaceutical, with cost analysis and control experience Strong understanding of industrial costing and financial controlling processes Experience with SAP (CO) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Stakeholder management Cross-functional collaboration Proactive problem-solving SAP CO costing Advanced Excel Power BI
