Overview In this role you partner with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across Littelfuse locations, focusing on safe, efficient production. You lead a lean team to maximize facility performance and develop staffing, training, and resolution strategies to meet objectives. You’ll implement controls for safety, quality, and productivity while supporting a culture of innovation and growth.
