WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Fabric development & sourcing: You partner with the Design and Buying teams to define seasonal fabric directions, researching and sourcing innovative, trend-relevant qualities that meet our standards for performance and sustainability. Supplier & mill management: You build and nurture strong relationships with fabric mills, attending key international fairs to discover new capabilities and managing the complete fabric nomination process. Costing & commercial optimization: You proactively negotiate prices, MOQs, and lead times,
challenging existing sourcing routes to optimize costs without compromising on design intent or product quality. Cross-functional collaboration: You act as the internal fabric expert, seamlessly bridging the gap between creative concepts from Design and the commercial requirements of the Buying and Sourcing teams. Core fabric library: You establish and maintain an extensive core fabric library, selecting the best qualities for cross-seasonal use and consistently presenting new market opportunities to key stakeholders. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your educational path: You have completed a university degree or vocational training in Textile Management, Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a closely related discipline. Your strengths: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and bring strong commercial awareness. You know how to negotiate prices, MOQs, and supplier terms effectively, always balancing creative ambition with production realities. Your profile: You bring proven experience in fabric development, textile buying, or sourcing within fashion, and existing relationships with fabric mills and suppliers will be highly valued. You have deep technical knowledge of fibers, finishes, and performance, along with fluent Spanish and English skills and a willingness to travel internationally.
