Experteer Overview In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of digital underwriting products for GSI4 from Madrid, ensuring alignment with Munich Re strategy and regulatory requirements. You will shape the product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and continuous improvement, working with cross-functional teams across IT, business and compliance. You will own business cases and translate objectives into services, roadmap and operating models that enable scalable digital underwriting. business architects and IT teams on projects impacting digital products • Collaborate with IT Product Managers and architects to prioritise demands and ensure alignment • Sign off change requests and manage product releases, enhancements and upgrades • Act as regulatory and IT security liaison for digital products (compliance, risk, vendor management, resilience)

Responsabilidades • At least 5 years' experience managing underwriting applications both strategically and operationally • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) • Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology • Experience with Realytix Zero (preferred) • Understanding of European regulatory standards for insurance systems (preferred) • Experience designing solutions for policy administration, agent portals, risk analysis, pricing and underwriting file capabilities (preferred) • Experience with commercial-off-the-shelf or SaaS policy administration systems and rating engines (preferred) • Ability to translate business objectives into services, operating model, product vision and roadmap
