Experteer Overview As Total Rewards Partner, you will shape compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP, and mobility programs across EMEA and APAC. You will translate global reward frameworks into locally compliant, market-relevant solutions in a multi-country environment. Your work supports talent attraction, retention, and an engaging employee experience through data-driven decisions and clear guidance. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and legal teams to ensure program excellence and regulatory alignment. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Serve as expert for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP, and mobility across EMEA and APAC • Localize general rewards policies to country-specific laws and market practices • Guide salary offers, market pricing,



and pay decisions through benchmarking and analysis • Support wellbeing programs and communicate the employee value proposition across regions • Oversee regional benefits renewals and partner relationships; liaise with payroll, finance, legal, and works councils • Monitor regulatory trends and provide recommendations to strengthen programs • Contribute to merit, bonus, and equity cycles; assist with Mu0026A due diligence and integration when required • Deliver rewards communications and training to managers and employees

Responsabilidades • Solid experience in total rewards, compensation, and/or benefits with benchmarking and compliance awareness • Ability to support multiple countries with both consistency and local relevance • Strong communication skills and trusted advisory capabilities • Analytical thinker with comfort in salary analysis and market intelligence • Experience with HRIS and data-driven reward decisions • Customer- and process-oriented with attention to detail
