Experteer Overview In this role you accelerate the growth of ABB’s AMR Connected Care by partnering with local Robotics and Service Sales teams to develop and secure profitable service opportunities. You act as the global commercial specialist for the AMR service portfolio, coordinating with product management, marketing, and support functions to grow installed base penetration and recurring revenue. You’ll drive commercial development of Connected Care agreements, lifecycle services, upgrades, and digital solutions across the AMR lifecycle. This role sits in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment within ABB Robotics, with a focus on cross-border collaboration and customer value.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Identify, qualify and develop AMR Connected Care opportunities across the Installed Base • Drive commercial development of Connected Care agreements, lifecycle services, upgrades, retrofits, digital solutions, and value-added services • Build and maintain a pipeline of AMR Connected Care opportunities with disciplined forecast and CRM management • Support strategic customer engagements, negotiations,



and multi-country service proposals while enabling local teams with customer-value messaging and sales materials

Responsabilidades • Experience in service sales, technical sales, business development or lifecycle services within robotics, automation, logistics or industrial technology • Ability to develop commercial opportunities and Installed Base penetration plans with geographically distributed sales organizations • Understanding of service agreements, upgrades, recurring-revenue models and digital/software-enabled lifecycle services • Experience with CRM and commercial management tools, preferably Salesforce or equivalent • Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus • High communication and stakeholder-management skills, change management, resilience, and strategic mindset • Willingness to travel up to 60%
