You will drive market-specific programs, content, and executive messaging to build trust and support for projects and corporate objectives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage external partners, and modernize reputation through thought leadership and targeted engagement. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Develop and execute integrated public affairs, communications and brand strategies aligned with market priorities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market entry, project development, and growth opportunities • Lead thought leadership, events, earned media, and executive positioning to strengthen Northland's profile • Create high-quality communications materials: messages, briefs, speaking points, articles, Qu0026As, digital content • Support brand marketing initiatives including campaigns and market activations • Manage communications for major milestones, announcements, engagements, and issues management • Coordinate with Government Relations and Indigenous u0026 Community Relations to align advocacy with market strategies • Oversee external agencies,



consultants, event partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and budget • Ensure communications activities align with brand standards and corporate narrative • Monitor media, policy, industry and stakeholder developments to provide actionable insights

Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 6-10+ years in public affairs, corporate communications, or related areas • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications and marketing plans • Experience planning and executing events, stakeholder engagements and market activations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex information • Strong project management and organizational skills across multiple markets • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships without direct authority • Experience managing external agencies and third-party partners • Assets: media relations, digital communications, social media, and energy/infrastructure sector experience
