A local construction company is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site operations in the municipality of Calvià. In this role, you will take full responsibility for daily site management duties. Your tasks involve ensuring that on-site work proceeds smoothly and according to plan, monitoring project milestones, managing work certifications, and utilizing technical software such as AutoCAD and Presto to track and control progress, budgets, and measurements on site. To be considered for this position, you should bring the following qualifications: At least 24 months of proven professional experience in construction site management.



Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO / secondary school diploma). Solid working knowledge of industry-standard tools including AutoCAD, Presto, certification procedures, and general office applications. Completed 20 to 60-hour construction safety and prevention course. A valid Category B driver's license. This position offers an indefinite, permanent contract with a competitive gross annual salary of 33,432 EUR. You will work on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a daily one-hour rest break.
