For our sites on the beautiful island of Mallorca, we are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager to keep our facilities, outdoor areas, and vehicle fleet in optimal condition every single day.

Your responsibilities will cover a broad and varied range of technical and organizational tasks:

Caring for green spaces, landscape gardening, and outdoor areas

Cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting the pool and overseeing pool technology

Performing general manual tasks, minor repairs, and building maintenance

Coordinating, scheduling, and supervising external craft and service companies

Managing, inspecting, and organizing our company vehicle fleet

Carrying out minor transport, assembly, and installation jobs

Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and order across all location premises





Serving as the direct contact for colleagues regarding technical building matters

What you bring to the role:

Business-fluent Spanish language skills

Completed vocational training in a trade or equivalent professional experience is desirable

Strong manual dexterity and sound technical comprehension

Independent, reliable, and structured approach to daily challenges

Friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues, service providers, and partners

Valid category B driver's license
