A foundation is currently seeking a dedicated Social Educator to join its residential team in Sencelles. In this role, you will play an active part in supporting minors, guiding their daily development, and helping them build a safe, stable, and empowering living environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing educational accompaniment and socio-emotional support to minors in residential care
- Supervising and attending to basic daily needs while fostering positive coexistence in the home
- Designing, monitoring, and evaluating individualized educational plans tailored to each resident
- Promoting personal autonomy, essential social skills, and healthy lifestyle habits





What you bring to the position:

- A completed university degree in Social Education (bachelor's degree or second-cycle degree)
- A valid class B driving license
- Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Strong dedication, empathy, and a constructive approach to youth education and care

What is offered:

- A full-time position with a 6-month temporary contract
- A gross annual salary of 28,703 €
- Additional allowances for insularity and night shifts
- Planned start date: October 12, 2026
