048-REFINE-INE26. 1 Doctor FC3, DI3 level (Title MECES 4 Science or Engineering) assigned to the research area or scientific and technical activity entitled ‘Solar Thermal and Photochemical Technologies’.

Responsabilities:

- Bibliographic studies on photocatalysis for water purification and solar fuel production.




- Development of research projects on solar water treatment and H2 production.
- Organization and supervision of research work on water treatment and disinfection in advanced oxidation pilot plants.
- Experimental studies on simultaneous H2 generation, water disinfection, and organic pollutant removal.
- Experimental analysis of the photocatalytic efficiency of active materials—immobilized and in suspension—under solar radiation for water treatment (surface and wastewater).
- Preparation of scientific-technical reports and scientific articles based on the results obtained in the project.
- Presentation of research results at project technical meetings and related national and international conferences.
