WHAT IS THE PROJECT?
The project is about bringing your talent and ambition to our client, a integral leader in the travel and hospitality industry. As an iconic Italian cruise line, our client is part of Carnival Corporation & plc and offers millions of guests worldwide unforgettable vacation experiences in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and the Caribbean.
From the dynamic Customer Hub in Barcelona, a multicultural team of around 152 employees supports four key European markets across customer service, sales, and VIP care. You will join a dedicated DACH team of around 50 colleagues delivering top-tier travel experiences for German-speaking guests.

- Identifying customer needs, handling objections, and recommending tailored cruise packages, shore excursions, and premium onboard experiences
- Converting inquiries and leads into firm bookings and reactivating existing customers
- Updating reservations and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
- Working closely with the service team to ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience
- Achieving productivity, call, and sales targets
OK, AND WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS?
- Native-level written and spoken German
- Proficiency in English or Spanish (for internal communication)
- A customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and empathy skills
- Interest in sales-driven customer service, sales, or the hospitality/tourism industry
