Trabajamos estrechamente con el área laboral internacional de Linklaters, lo que nos permite dar un asesoramiento de máxima calidad en operaciones multijurisdiccionales. El departamento de Employment de Linklaters Madrid asesora en materias de Derecho español y cuenta con una visión transversal que enriquece la capacidad de abordar cuestiones legales complejas con un enfoque integrado y multidisciplinar.

Áreas de asesoramiento:

Como parte de nuestro equipo de Employment, estarás involucrado/a en:

- Asesoramiento en los aspectos laborales de operaciones mercantiles y financieras (due diligence, SPAs, planes de incentivos, consejeros).
- Expedientes de Regulación Temporal de Empleo (ERTE), Despidos Colectivos (ERE) e individuales, reestructuraciones empresariales, procedimientos de modificación sustancial de las condiciones de trabajo y de movilidad geográfica.
- Redacción de contratos laborales y de prestación de servicios.
- Elaboración de planes de igualdad.
- Consultas generales (contratación temporal, trabajo a distancia, tiempo de trabajo, despidos, directivos, pactos restrictivos, etc.).
- Representación y asistencia en conciliaciones y vistas.

¿Qué buscamos?





Un/a abogado/a con 7-8 años de experiencia en despacho en derecho laboral para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Employment. Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés.
