You’ll help customers with questions, claims, and service updates — always ensuring the best possible experience ?✨? Responsiblities?Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers.?Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents.?Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status,



and resolutions.?️Make follow-up calls on claims and collections.?Apply cross-selling and retention techniques where applicable.?Record all relevant data accurately in our systems.? Skills & AbilitiesCustomer-oriented and empathetic ?Excellent communication (verbal & written)Results-driven and proactive ?Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsActive listening and adaptabilityTolerance to stress and perseverance ?✅ Requirements?️ Fluent in French (both mandatory), knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus??1 year in customer service preferred?
