About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, creating an engaging store environment where both your team and customers feel inspired.

You will:

- Coaching, developing and motivating a high-performing team
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through styling and product expertise
- Driving sales, productivity and key business outcomes
- Building a positive and inclusive team culture
- Leading workforce planning and operational excellence
- Managing stock, inventory and visual merchandising standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve team engagement and store performance

What You'll Bring:

- Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or similar
- A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets




- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Experience building positive, engaged and high-performing teams
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesConfidence using data and KPIs to drive results
- A genuine enthusiasm for homewares, interiors or lifestyle retail
