Santander seeks a Senior AI Scientist in Advanced Analytics to advance AI science for scalable financial systems. You will design experiments, lead model development, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business to deploy production-ready solutions.
Adecuado candidates have 7–12 years in data science or AI, strong statistics, and experience with graph-based methods, RL, and synthetic data. English fluency is required;
