Define the long-term roadmap with Game Leadership, aligning the game’s vision with commercial targets Drive Live Operations strategy by optimizing events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU, and streamlining and automating workflows to reduce production times and costs Own the lifecycle of monetization systems, from concept to post-launch optimization, and audit existing systems for untapped potential Lead hypothesis-driven development through A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence within the product team Represent Asphalt 9 as the primary business voice to internal and external stakeholders, raising the game’s profile across the organization

Требования

- 6+ Years of Product Management experience in F2P games across mobile, PC, or console Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles Exceptional ability to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights;




proficiency with advanced analytics tools Excellent presentation and documentation skills, including the ability to present complex strategies to executive leadership Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field Fluent English, written and spoken
- Будет плюсом: An MBA or advanced degree, Product Manager experience in other markets, knowledge of game design fundamentals and behavioral economics, passion for or professional experience with racing games, cross-platform experience or experience across mobile and PC/console, experience in a role involving team management duties
