Centre residencial persones grans is looking for two dedicated Nursing and Geriatric Care Assistants to join their team in Calvià. In this role, you will provide essential daily assistance, emotional support, and attentive care to elderly residents, helping them maintain their well-being and independence in a supportive residential environment.

Your key responsibilities:

- Assisting residents with daily basic needs, personal hygiene, and postural changes according to nursing care protocols.

- Providing emotional support, empathetic companionship, and helping residents participate in social activities.

- Assisting residents with feeding, supervising self-feeding, serving meals, and ensuring proper hydration throughout the day.

- Administering prescribed oral medications as directed by the nursing coordinator (excluding specific high-risk medications).





- Making beds, managing room laundry, escorting residents to therapy sessions, and supporting practical trainees.

What you bring to the role:

- Intermediate vocational training degree (Cicle formatiu de grau mitjà) in nursing assistance, geriatrics, or socio-sanitary care.

- At least 3 months of relevant practical experience in geriatric care or healthcare assistance.

- Strong sense of empathy, patience, and a dedicated, caring attitude toward older adults.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a care team and follow health protocols accurately.

What is offered:
