In this role, you will lead revenue optimization and cross‑functional business operations for OLX Goods and Advertising across multiple markets. You’ll set operating cadences, drive disciplined decision‑making, and coordinate a matrix organization to unlock growth. You’ll partner with analytics to optimize yield, pricing, and inventory while ensuring alignment between goods GTM and advertising revenue streams. This position offers strategic influence, close work with senior leaders, and shaping the operational backbone for OLX’s revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

- Own and set operating cadence for Goods and Advertising, establishing rhythms for execution and accountability
- Set and cascade OKRs across revenue functions and drive leadership reviews to ensure actioning decisions
- Serve as home for unallocated cross‑functional strategic work and surface/resolve conflicts
- Coordinate across geographies/functions to drive alignment within a matrix organization
- Lead strategic planning sessions and workshops for timely decision‑making
- Make tough inventory allocation and pricing decisions across demand channels and geographies (Advertising)

- Manage external partnerships and PSP relationships for commercial arrangements
- Drive compliance and regulatory readiness in Goods commercial activities
- Own CS enablement for Goods and ensure fit-for-purpose tooling and handoffs
- Maintain GTM operating rhythm for Goods with reporting and cross‑functional accountability

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of experience in revenue management, business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles
- Proven experience navigating matrix organizations across geographies and functions
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with judgment on complex trade-offs xhfqzwm
- Track record of building operational discipline, cadence, and accountability
- Experience managing revenue optimization with financial and non‑financial metrics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
