In this senior FP&A; role, you’ll shape marketing spend strategy and ROI-driven forecasts for a fast-growing education marketplace. You’ll translate Growth and Brand plans into financial models and long-range budgets, influencing senior leadership with actionable insights. The position sits at the intersection of Growth, Brand Marketing, and Finance, offering exposure to global expansion and AI-enabled analytics. You’ll own the financial narrative, drive scenario planning, and help scale performance across markets.

Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain marketing–spend to acquisition/LTV models;
deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance narratives
- Evaluate incrementality, geo-lift tests, and media mix to optimize spend and understand halo effects and cannibalization
- Define investment framework, ROI thresholds, and spend guardrails for fast but disciplined Growth execution
- Size and assess new markets for geo expansion, defining return thresholds and tracking performance




- Partner with Growth to translate analyses into recommendations for senior leaders;
challenge and validate financial logic
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and model development
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and stress-test financial scenarios around macro shifts

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance marketing, or Finance roles closely partnered with these functions
- Strong fluency in incrementality, CAC/LTV, retention curves, payback periods, geo testing, MMM, attribution, and channel efficiency
- Experience in a high-growth B2C xhfqzwm marketplace or subscription business
- Clear, concise communicator able to defend recommendations before executives
- Proven track record of influencing Growth teams and building scalable operational frameworks
- Proficiency with Looker, Snowflake/SQL, and advanced Sheets/Excel
- Experience applying AI tools to accelerate analysis and surface insights
- Proven financial modeling capability or strong analytical foundation
