How you will make a difference:

As our Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that generate top-of-funnel leads and expand influence across the Spanish market, expanding also across Southern Europe. You'll play a key role in expanding Safeguard General's partner ecosystem and accelerating growth.

Partnering closely with our Director of Partnerships, EMEA, you'll help shape our approach, bring new ideas to life, and drive meaningful business impact through strategic alliances.
- Identify and develop new partnerships that align with Safeguard Global’s growth objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing and negotiation to activation and performance management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure partnerships deliver mutual value.




- Define and execute partnership strategies and goals in alignment with EMEA and Spain growth priorities.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize impact.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional partner experience.

What will give you an advantage:
- Strong experience in partnership management, business development, or channel programs.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English languages
- Demonstrated success in identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating new strategic partners that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience in one of the following areas would be highly advantageous – EOR, HR Tech, SAAS, Recruitment, or payroll.
