We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Production module to join a growing team in Madrid.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the functional capabilities of Business Central and the business processes behind manufacturing and production. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into functional solutions, and support the successful delivery and optimisation of D365 Business Central.

The Role

You’ll act as the bridge between the business and technical teams, helping to ensure that Business Central continues to meet the organisation’s operational and manufacturing requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
- Acting as the functional SME for D365 Business Central, particularly the Production module.
- Analysing existing manufacturing and business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.




- Translating business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Working closely with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Supporting configuration, testing and implementation of Business Central functionality.
- Creating and executing test scenarios, including UAT.
- Investigating functional issues and supporting their resolution.
- Providing guidance and support to end users.
- Supporting continuous improvement across Business Central processes and functionality.
- Ensuring solutions align with wider business objectives and operational requirements.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Good knowledge of the D365 Business Central Production module and manufacturing processes.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into fun
