Shape the Future of a Premium Global Brand

We are accelerating the growth of the Seiko brand across EMEA and preparing for its expansion into North America. We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic leader to join us as Sales Strategy Director, Seiko EMEA & North America.

In this high-impact international role, you will define and drive the commercial strategy for Seiko, working closely with regional and general leadership teams to accelerate growth, strengthen sales performance, and support expansion into new markets.

What You'll Do:

· Develop and execute the Seiko commercial strategy across EMEA and North America.

· Define customer segmentation, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.

· Partner with country- and sales leadership teams to translate strategy into measurable sales plans.

· Enhance sales effectiveness through improved processes, CRM, tools, training, and performance management.

· Lead market expansion initiatives from opportunity assessment through successful launch.

· Act as the commercial voice of the region,



influencing global product, marketing, digital, and operational priorities.

· Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across regional Sales and Marketing teams.

What You'll Bring:

· Significant experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, business development, or sales excellence.

· Proven success delivering growth in international and matrix organizations.

· Strong expertise in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy, CRM, and sales effectiveness.

· Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.

· Fluency in English is a must.
