Overview As a Java Tech Lead, you will drive the migration of a client platform within a large US financial institution. You’ll build and maintain Java/Kotlin Spring Boot microservices, enhance search capabilities, and modernize data ingestion, while ensuring cloud readiness on Azure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead development efforts to deliver scalable backend solutions that support the company’s modernization goals. Gradle 1+ year of Team Lead, Tech Lead or Architect experience 5+ years of enterprise backend system design experience Strong Java/Kotlin knowledge; Spring/Spring Boot expertise Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns Hands-on Azure experience (preferably Azure AI Search) and cloud architecture Experience with distributed systems Experience with Elasticsearch Good SQL knowledge Familiar with microservice architectures; containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/PKS/Open Shift) Experience with Postgre SQL Adoption of Agile and Dev Ops culture Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work until 8:00 pm CET; English: B2 or higher leadership collaboration strong communication Java Kotlin Spring Boot
