As a Sales Senior Manager – Technical Sales, you will lead the general commercial growth strategy for the Cordant Solutions Sensing & Protection (S&P;) portfolio across oil and gas and industrial markets. You will work closely with Commercial, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Technology teams to develop and execute growth strategies that expand market presence, strengthen customer engagement,



and support long‑term business objectives.

This role requires a blend of commercial leadership, market insight, technical understanding, and strategic planning to enable sustainable growth across regions and market segments.

- Partnering with Cordant Solutions functions to conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Sensing & Protection portfolio across regions and industry segments.
- Creating value propositions and commercial approaches that address customer needs while supporting business growth objectives.
