We are looking to connect with experienced Project Managers within the maritime and yachting industry for a range of opportunities across both new build and refit projects.
We are interested in professionals with experience managing complex yacht or vessel projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, suppliers, shipyards and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Relevant backgrounds may include Project Management, Production Management, Construction Management, Refit Management or Technical Project Management, with experience gained within shipyards, yacht builders, refit facilities or marine contractors.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Managing projects from planning through to delivery
- Coordinating engineering, production, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring schedules, budgets, quality and project milestones
- Liaising with owners, representatives, designers, Class and other stakeholders
- Managing technical issues, variations and project risks
- Overseeing commissioning, completion and handover activities
Experience within superyachts, commercial vessels or wider shipbuilding will be considered, with opportunities available across different levels of seniority.
