We’re hiring: IT Manager

We’re looking for an experienced
IT Manager
to lead our technology team and help drive the digital capabilities of a growing energy group operating nationwide across Spain.

This is a
hands-on leadership role
for someone who combines strong technical expertise, business orientation and experience leading technology teams and software projects.

AI is already deeply embedded in the way our IT team works
, including AI-assisted software development. You’ll also play a key role in driving the responsible adoption of AI across the organization and ensuring that it delivers real business value.

What will you do?

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 6 people

• Work closely with business teams to understand their real needs and priorities

• Lead IT projects from requirements through to delivery

• Stay hands-on and contribute to software development and technical design when needed

• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and value

• Ensure solutions are simple, intuitive, secure and reliable

• Challenge unnecessary requirements and avoid over-engineering

• Drive the effective and responsible adoption of AI
