Regional Renewal Rep | Remote (Barcelona) | Contract until end of January

We're looking for a Regional Renewal Rep to join a integral software company on a short-term contract, working remotely from Barcelona through the end of January 2027.

What you'll do
- Support customers through the full purchasing process, including order entry, subscriptions and renewals
- Process orders, prepare correspondence and make sure customer requests are handled accurately and on time
- Work with customers, partners and internal teams on pre-sales and post-sales queries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Log customer interactions and keep the status of open service requests up to date

What you'll bring
- Experience in customer service, order processing,



renewals or a similar role
- Familiarity with standard customer service practices and procedures
- Comfortable following set processes and guidelines with a high level of accuracy
- Clear communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent

The details
- Contract: immediate start, until end of January 2027
- Fluent English, Nordic languares would be great but not a requirement
- Location: remote, based in Barcelona
