Born from a purpose-driven vision and backed by a highly active community, the brand today offers a complete range of daily care products (face, body, suncare, haircare, and oral hygiene) that are healthy, effective, and manufactured in France.
As part of its priority international expansion planned for next year, the brand is establishing a direct presence in the Spanish market. Rather than managing this growth remotely from French HQ, leadership has made the strategic decision to build an autonomous, dedicated local team on the ground.

Position: Lead Sales Spain (M/F)
Reporting to the International Director and Executive Management, you will hold a key intrapreneurial role and drive the launch and acceleration of the brand end-to-end across all Spanish distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy, P&L; Ownership & Retail Development:
- Define and execute the commercial and marketing action plan tailored to the Spanish market;
- Autonomously manage the local P&L;, investment budget, and drive overall revenue growth;
- Pitch, negotiate, and open key retail networks in Spain: pharmacy and parapharmacy chains (buying groups/central hubs) and selective retail partners
