Culinary & Operations Specialist

Your Impact & Key Responsibilities:
- F&B; Concept Design:
Actively participate in designing new F&B; concepts and presenting Back of House (BOH) & Culinary Operations proposals directly to clients.
- Culinary Consulting:
Lead recipe development, adapt culinary techniques for operational efficiency, and streamline kitchen workflows.
- Financial & Operational Analysis:
Analyze restaurant P&Ls; and financial performance, conduct menu engineering, SKU studies, and kitchen layout flow assessments.
- Procurement & Supply Chain:
Oversee supply chain management,



purchasing strategies, and internal kitchen operational standards.
- Strategic Client Advisory:
Guide clients on improving their culinary and operational performance as part of broader projects involving branding, interior design, and international expansion.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
- A minimum of
7 years of total experience in the Hospitality industry
.
- At least 3 years in a similar role
(F&B; consultancy, culinary operations, or senior kitchen management).

Core Competencies:
- Deep understanding of kitchen management in high-volume or multi-unit restaurant environments (chains or franchises are a plus).
- Strong business acumen: ability to synthesize complex data, analyze financial performance, and deliver creative problem-solving.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and client-facing advisory skills.
- High level of English (Minimum C1 level)
