ServiceNow Developer | Madrid (Hybrid) | Banking Sector

We're currently looking for a
ServiceNow Developer
to join a leading international consultancy supporting a major banking client in Madrid.

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalogues and ticketing processes
- Build and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, and forms
- Create and improve Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP services
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support Agile development, testing, releases, and production improvements
- Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions

Required Skills




- 3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- REST & SOAP integrations
- Service Portal / Widget Development
- Experience with Incident, Request, or Case Management
- ITIL knowledge
- English level C1 or higher

Nice to Have
- Kafka experience
- CAD or CIS certifications
- Financial Services / Banking experience
