About The Role
We are looking for a
Dutch‑speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist
to join a fast‑growing digital advertising team. This role is designed for professionals who excel in client onboarding, relationship building, and driving product adoption within the Dutch market. You will work with high‑potential companies, helping them implement and optimize digital advertising solutions in a fast‑paced, tech‑focused environment.

Role Objectives
As a Sales & Onboarding Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor for businesses in the Dutch market. Your mission is to onboard new clients, reduce churn, increase product adoption, and identify opportunities for growth. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, support strategic campaign development, and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and develop strategic, results‑driven advertising campaigns
- Conduct outbound sales calls to increase investment and upsell opportunities
- Identify market needs and propose tailored solutions




- Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain accurate CRM data
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Build long‑term relationships with stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Provide high‑quality service and strategic support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide positioning
- Use digital tools and CRM systems efficiently

Requirements
- BA/BS degree (Marketing, Communications or technical fields preferred)
- Dutch C2 and advanced English
- 2+ years of proven sales or marketing experience in target‑driven environments
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and AI‑enhanced workflows
- Deep knowledge of Dutch business culture and market dynamics
- Awareness of GDPR and data‑privacy regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts and handle advanced ROI questions
