What you will do
Lead, motivate and develop the sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Set team goals, monitor performance and organize day-to-day sales activities.
Actively search for new clients, generate sales opportunities and develop your own customer portfolio.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support negotiations.
Coach team members and provide regular feedback and development.
Identify market and business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth cooperation and excellent customer service.
Improve sales processes and ways of working.
What we are looking for
Experience in sales and business development, preferably with team leadership experience.
Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
Strong communication,



negotiation and leadership skills.
Proactive, organized and result-oriented approach.
Ability to motivate and develop people.
Fluent Spanish, English. French and Italian or any additional languages are an advantage.
Heavy transport or automotive industry experience is an advantage.
