We are currently partnering with a leading global company in the medical devices sector that is building its new international hub in Madrid. As part of this strategic growth, they are looking for a
Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant
to join their newly established Salesforce team as one of its first members.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a integral Salesforce environment, working across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud while helping shape technical standards, governance, and release management processes from the ground up. The role offers strong visibility within an international organization and close collaboration with business stakeholders and external technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Own and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring smooth and secure deployments through CI/CD processes.

• Support global Salesforce rollouts,



balancing business requirements with technical best practices and long-term scalability.

• Act as the main technical point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.

• Review, challenge, and validate custom developments delivered by third-party vendors.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions and change requests.

• Provide guidance and support for complex incidents, integrations, and platform-related issues.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform performance, deployment efficiency, and governance.

• Contribute to defining technical standards and best practices within the new Madrid Hub.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technical consulting or a similar technical Salesforce role.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
