¡Estamos buscando un/a Líder de Proyectos Industriales en procesos químicos! ¿Tienes experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos en entornos industriales dinámicos? Esta posición te permitirá liderar la planificación, ejecución y puesta en marcha de proyectos relacionados con procesos químicos (refinación, petroquímica, tratamiento de aguas, farma, entre otros), asegurando calidad, seguridad, tiempo y costos.

Responsabilidades claves

- Dirección integral de proyectos (EPC) bajo estándares PMI/Agile.
- Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinales y contratistas.
- Gestión de riesgos, presupuestos (CAPEX/OPEX), calidad y seguridad.
- Comunicación efectiva con stakeholders y liderazgo técnico.

Perfil ideal
- Formación en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial.
- +5 años de experiencia en proyectos industriales químicos.
- Conocimiento en herramientas como MS Project, AutoCAD, Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado Valorable máster en Gestión de Proyectos y formación en normas internacionales (OSHA, GMP, ISO, API, etc)
