Main Responsibilities:

As a
Human Resources Intern
, your responsibilities will include:
- Support in Labor Relations and Administration:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to employee contracts, documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
- Assistance in Recruitment and Selection:
Support the recruitment team by helping with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and helping facilitate their integration into the team.
- Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Employee Engagement:
Help organize internal events, surveys, and activities to promote employee well-being and engagement.
- HR Projects:
Participate in ongoing HR projects, assisting with research, data collection, and preparing reports.
- General HR Support:




Provide general administrative support to the HR team in various activities related to HR functions.

Assessment Criteria:

Education:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Applied Management, Law, Business Administration or a related field.

Languages:
Spanish is required. Fluency in English will be a plus.

Experience:
No prior professional experience is required, though any prior internship experience in HR or a similar field is a plus.
