ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an English- and German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oliva, Valencia.
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will provide support and assistance with after-sales and eCommerce enquiries. You will respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner, while ensuring that established processes are followed to guarantee a quick and effective resolution.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
● Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
● Provide friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service
● Manage and resolve delivery and order-related issues
● Assist customers with after-sales enquiries and issues
● Closely follow established processes and procedures
● Provide product advice and support with eCommerce enquiries
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
● Fluency in English AND German is required
● No Spanish required
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
● Ability to work effectively as part of a team
● Previous Customer Service experience is a plus, but not essential
● Based in or around Oliva, Valencia
● Availability to start from now on
WHAT WE OFFER
● Permanent contract – 37.5 hours per week
● Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
